Welcome to invest in your own apartment at Malee Highlands.

This fine apartment is located on the outskirts of the area just in front of the area’s public pool and restaurant building and has a view you will never get enough of. The private pool invites you to a cool dip and on the chill shelf above you can spend many hours reading a book or just take a small nap. The apartment has a living room with kitchen and a bathroom. A master bedroom with a queen bed with a suit bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bunk bed. To create a really good picture of the apartment and the area, you should definitely come up and visit it. The furniture is specially designed and the mattresses come from IKEA.

About the area
Malee Highlands began construction in the summer of 2017 and is located on a hill midway between Klong Dao and Long Beach and has a beautiful view. Before high season starts in 2019, the area will have 17 apartments ready and another 7 apartments are being furnished and delivered in early 2020. C-house exterior is finished and ready for high season of 2019 while the apartments internal completion will take place during spring/summer of 2020, all to minimize disturbance of our guests. Our restaurant and pool which has been ready since February 2019 are widely used by our guests.

The areas gym is only for use by our owners and tenants and is now finished and very much appreciated. Ping pong tables, Playstations, VR, cozy corners, board games and other things you might need are slowly being added to our activity room which is suited for both adults and children.

At the front of Malee Highlands, the new apartment building will be built (See Area Plan Building G).
